Weymouth Schedule

What makes our workouts different?

Folks often ask us, “what makes you different?” Our answer is simple: our gym is different not because of who we are, but rather who we aren’t. We aren’t a loud, big-box gym or a quiet personal training studio. We aren’t a rowdy athletic performance facility or a modestly-equipped CrossFit box. We aren’t bodybuilders, powerlifters, runners, or yogis.

We are all of these.

We’ve adopted the best parts of all of these to create our unique space in Weymouth and design comprehensive workouts built to cultivate strength, versatility, resilience, capability, and longevity for all of our members. So whether you’re looking for a small group setting or a challenging morning StrengthCamp, our schedule has something for everyone.

01

Small Group Training

When it comes to fitness, everyone deserves a tailored solution – that’s where small group personal training comes in. When we opened in 2017, JMF was the first and only gym in Weymouth to utilize exclusively small group personal training where each group member receives an individual program and groups are limited to four members per coach. Today, JMF offers over 35 hours of these same small group training sessions across mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.

StrengthCamp

Don’t be fooled by the StrengthCamp name. In addition to traditional strength work, you’ll find advanced conditioning protocols and plenty of flexibility work to improve your movement quality and keep you injury free. And StrengthCamps are structured so that members of different ability levels can work alongside each other.

Weekly Saturday BootCamp + RunCamp

Our weekly Saturday morning BootCamp + RunCamp is open to all of our members, regardless of membership type, and features a different workout every week. This dual-workout allows members to choose from a StrengthCamp-style class or a coached RunCamp, guiding members through a dynamic warm-up and a 40-minute easy run around our South Weymouth neighborhood. Class size can range from 5 to 15 or more depending on the week and provides a chance to add a fun, social workout to your weekly schedule.
