Why Small Group Personal Training?
When it comes to fitness, everyone deserves a tailored solution – that’s where small group personal training comes in. We start with a small group with a maximum 4:1 member-to-coach ratio. Then we deliver a personalized program to each person, coaching you when you need help while still giving you freedom to move at your own pace.
Our programs are unique to each individual, never copied-and-pasted. This means you don’t need to worry about what other members of your training sessions are doing and you’ll have full autonomy over the pace and intensity of your workout.
