Homework(out)

Life is a bit of a juggling act.

And that goes for both schedule and finances.

Some days you’ve got time to get to the gym, get after it, and feel like a total badass.

Other days? You’re lucky if you get 5 minutes between Zoom meetings and reheating your coffee.

So rather than answering a specific question about fitness, this post is designed to answer a question we get at the gym often: will you write me a workout for home?

The problem with training, sometimes, is that it doesn’t complement your other activities.

Those could be running, yoga, or strength training at home.

You come in 1-2x/week, we coach you through the heavy stuff, the form fixes, the “why does my hip click?” kind of questions.

And then, when you’re on your own, we give you workouts that actually make pair well with what you’re doing in the gym.

It could be an entire dumbbell workout just for your adjustable set at home.

Or it could be a plate-loaded and cable-machine based workout for your favorite commercial space.

Either way, these workouts are designed to fill in the gaps that we’ve intentionally left in your JMF days.

No more YouTube rabbit holes.

No more piecing together random Instagram mobility drills.

Just a clear plan.

Built around your goals, your schedule, and the space you’ve got (even if that’s a yoga mat and a dog – or a couple of dogs –  that insists on helping).
