Small-est Group Training

When we opened in 2017, JMF was the first and only gym in Weymouth to utilize exclusively small group personal training where each group member receives an individual program and groups are limited to four members per coach. Today, JMF offers over 35 hours of these same small group training sessions across mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.

A Gym with Personality

We’re not just another “elite-awesome-power-strength-performance” facility. We’ve created a space where you can train hard every rep, but laugh in between each set. Make no mistake, JMF is a gym. It’s fully stocked with bars and weights and has over 400 square feet of turf space. But you’ll also find clean facilities, brightly colored walls, and a fridge full of complimentary water. Plus, if you’re lucky you might just get a session with Lily & Marshall.

Ultimate Schedule Flexibility

Because of our individualized model, members can bounce around to different hours without having to worry if they fit into the time-slot. Plus, training sessions can start a few minutes early, a few minutes late, or even on the half hour if that’s what your schedule needs. And it doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned gym-goer or have never worked out a day in your life, we don’t just train athletes – we train real people with families, fast-paced jobs, and crazy schedules.
